The form is structured — you pick from set answers, you don't write about a person. Reports describe what a company did, not who did it.

Dates are coarsened to the month before anything is shown publicly, so a report can't be pinned to the moment you submitted it.

At a small company, a single report is never shown on its own. A company's numbers appear only once enough people have reported the same thing — below that threshold we show nothing, so no individual report is identifiable.
